🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design static and animated creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube ads

• Build scroll-stopping visual content for Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Collaborate with marketing strategists to create ad variants based on audience segmentation

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual platforms, while optimizing for performance

• Rapidly test, iterate, and scale creatives based on real-time performance data

• Create landing page visuals and email campaign graphics (occasionally)

• Contribute to branding efforts for new and upcoming prop firms we partner with

🧠 What You Bring

• 2+ years experience designing for digital ads or social media marketing (agency experience a big plus)

• Strong portfolio showcasing paid media design, social media content, and performance-based creatives

• Mastery of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, or other motion tools

• Understanding of ad creative strategies and conversion-focused design

• Ability to work with direct response copy and optimize visual hierarchy accordingly

• Passion for design trends in finance, fintech, or trading industries is a big plus
