1. Scope of Services

Adtrend.io provides digital marketing services to proprietary trading firms, including campaign management, strategic planning, media buying, content creation, and optional creative design.

2. Engagement and Fees

Engagements are subject to a setup fee and monthly retainer. Specific fees and payment terms are outlined in individual client agreements. Invoices are issued monthly and payable within 7 calendar days unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Termination

Engagements are on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work already performed will become immediately due.

4. Use of Ad Accounts

By default, Adtrend.io provides and manages the ad accounts used in campaigns. Clients may request the use of their own accounts, and must provide necessary access and information required for execution of the services.

5. Creative Deliverables

Creative materials such as ad images or copywriting may be provided by the client or created by Adtrend.io upon request. Additional fees may apply. Ownership of assets is determined by the project scope and agreement.

6. Performance Disclaimer

Adtrend.io uses industry best practices and AI-powered insights to optimize campaign performance. However, no specific results are guaranteed as outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data—including advertising performance, strategies, and communications—as strictly confidential. Adtrend.io will not share client details publicly without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Lithuanian jurisdiction.

9. Updates to These Terms

Adtrend.io may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
