📈 Job Opening: Facebook Ads Manager / Performance Media Buyer – AdTrend.io

AdTrend.io is a high-performance marketing agency scaling some of the top brands in the proprietary trading and fintech space. We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Manager (a.k.a. Paid Media Pro, Growth Marketer, or just the person who prints ROAS) to join our elite team.

If you live and breathe CTRs, split-tests, and scaling cold campaigns — and know how to turn clicks into funded accounts — you might be exactly who we're looking for.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (primarily Meta Ads) for prop firm clients

• Create high-converting funnel strategies: cold > warm > retargeting

• Conduct rapid-fire A/B testing on creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages

• Collaborate with our creative team to build scroll-stopping ads (static, video, reels)

• Monitor daily performance and make data-driven decisions to scale winning campaigns

• Provide clear weekly reports on performance, wins, and improvement plans

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years running Facebook/Meta ads, preferably in info products, trading, SaaS, or fintech

• Deep understanding of ad platform KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)

• Experience with custom audiences, lookalikes, pixel setup, and conversion tracking

• Strong knowledge of funnels, user psychology, and copywriting basics

• Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms

💡 Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience scaling funded account campaigns or other trading-related offers

• Know your way around other platforms (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube)

• Have creative chops — or know what works and can brief designers/editors effectively

• Are obsessed with performance and optimization (we love media buyers who act like entrepreneurs)
